As Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store — inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive strong commercial results, and bring the JAG brand ethos to life every day.Reporting to the Retail Manager, you’ll work closely together to implement store strategies, share insights, and ensure your store aligns with broader brand goals. You’ll profitably grow the store by executing retail initiatives focused on productivity, sales growth, and an exceptional customer journey — while keeping clear, open communication with your Retail Manager to maximise results.This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and leadership skills. You’ll lead from the front, empowering your team to deliver an outstanding brand and customer experience, and partnering with the Retail Manager for guidance, support, and ongoing development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEFoster a customer-centric culture that delivers outstanding brand presentation, service, and satisfaction.Monitor and act on customer feedback, addressing issues promptly.Promote an engaging customer journey through compelling in-store brand stories.Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.2. SALES AND PROFITABILITYImplement retail strategies that maximise store profit and ensure budgets are met or exceeded.Achieve key targets including sales, ATV, UPT, conversion, and store-level profit.Use store performance data to make smart decisions and unlock growth opportunities.Deliver effective rosters to optimise labour within budget.3. TEAM LEADERSHIPLead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team and a positive store culture.Train, and nurture passionate retail talent.Collaborate with head office teams to implement brand initiatives and marketing activations.Communicate effectively and maintain strong working relationships across the business.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.4. OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENTOversee visual merchandising, daily operations, training, and stock management.Maintain a safe workplace and comply with all APG & Co WHS&S requirements.Complete all retail compliance audits as required.Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and work processes.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSSales & Profitability: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain staffing within budget, and achieve key financial metrics including customer acquisition, ATV, UPT, and conversion.Team & Operations: Deliver the highest standards of store presentation and ensure a highly engaged and effective store team.
